Live Wired, is a snapshot of music being created and performed as a direct result of the Acadia New Music Festival. Featuring conductor, Mark Hopkins, the NBG Ensemble, the Acadia University Wind Ensemble; composers Anthony Genge, Derek Charke and Jérôme Blais; with guest soloists Tristan De Borba, Alto Saxophone and Janice Jackson, Soprano. Live Wired was recorded by Stonehouse Sound at University Hall in Wolfville, NS with support from the Acadia University Research Fund, Arts Nova Scotia, the Canadian Music Centre and the Acadia University School of Music.
